Palác KRONBERG – New Town
Splendid neo-classic building situated in Prague 1 – New Town is one of the most egregious examples of the neo-classic architecture beautifully conserved in all its elegance and situated in a predominant position at the center of Senovážné náměstí in the heart of the city close to the Czech National Bank and the Prague 1 business district.
Unlike other city center locations, the Kronberg Palace benefits from particularly good car access and has its own parking in the central courtyard. Both Prague’s railway stations as well as tram and subway station are in easy walking distance. Palác Mariagrazia – Prague 3, Husinecká
Unique pop-art complex situated in Prague 3 consists of 4 office buildings round a central courtyard which were refurbished to meet modern office requirements and embellished with pop-art installations from the celebrated Turin, Cracking Art Group that was exhibited for 6 months at the Modern Art Kampa Museum of Prague and their Yellow Penguins Installation can still be seen on the river bank in front of the Charles Bridge.

Vila Helenka – Prague 5, Smichov
The Vila Helenka was designed and built in 1903 by the architect Alois Korda for his own use. An outstanding, if quirky, example of Art Nouveau sgraffito, the facade was refurbished with a grant from the city of Prague in 2006.
